so, they finally caught the other brother… i just read an interesting comment on cnn.com made by senators john mccain and lindsey graham:
“Now that the suspect is in custody, the last thing we should want is for him to remain silent. It is absolutely vital the suspect be questioned for intelligence gathering purposes,” the senators said. “Under the law of war we can hold this suspect as a potential enemy combatant not entitled to Miranda warnings or the appointment of counsel.”
that’s pretty scary, no? ok, it’s likely that these brothers are guilty but lets just play devil’s advocate. what if they’re not? what if this is some mass conspiracy and they were set up to take the fall? if this method of interrogation without basic rights becomes acceptable then the government can strip anyone of those rights anytime an act of terrorism is suspected. i don’t see that going well for people of color…  the stuff that’s going on right now is the stuff movies are made of…
anyway, back to fashion.

only God can truly judge but i tend to think that if 48 people accuse a person of the same thing then chances are that nigga did it!
this case breaks my heart. i’ve been following it for a minute now and i’m honestly glad to see sandusky found guilty (and of 45 of the 48 counts of child sex abuse!). to think that he scarred boys for life, especially our future black men makes me so upset. raping little underpriviliged boys… smh. i’m thoroughly surprised that none of those mothers or fathers took matters into their own hands… but i hear they may send him to general population, OOPS!! watch yourself Sandy!

NEW YORK (CNNMoney) — Carrier IQ is a piece of software installed on millions of mobile phones that logs everything their users do, from what websites they browse to what their text messages say.

No, it’s not part of some great Orwellian plot; it’s a diagnostic tool that carriers say plays a crucial role in helping them assess and troubleshoot their networks. But the recording app, which flew under the radar for years until security researchers drew attention to it recently, is setting off red-alert privacy and security alarms.
